FIELD: methods and devices for metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to machining of materials and can be used in designs of milling tools. Cutting plate comprises identical first and second sides, between which peripheral surface extends, and hole, and has symmetry during rotation by 120° around axis of hole. On the front and second sides, the cutting plate has three cutting areas of the same shape, which are located at transitions with the peripheral surface. Each of said areas has first and second rectilinear and third arc-shaped cutting edges.
EFFECT: structural design of the milling tool cutting plate ensures stable fit in the seat and improves chip breaking and chips removal during material processing.
