FIELD: biological research and medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biological research and medicine. A method for diagnosing disorders of the autonomic nervous system in girls of preschool age associated with excessive contamination of children's biological media with manganese is described. A blood sample is taken from a girl of preschool age and the content of manganese and the content of manganese-specific immunoglobulin Ε (IgE) are determined in it. Genetic studies are performed, for this a sample of buccal epithelium is taken, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is isolated from said sample. Genotyping of the MMP-9 gene and AGTR1 gene polymorphism is carried out using a DNA segment as a primer by examining the genotypes of the MMP-9 gene Gln279Arg (rs17576) and the genotypes of the AGTR1 gene A1166C (rs5186). And with the simultaneous fulfillment of the following diagnostic criteria: the presence of the AA genotype of the MMP-9 gene Gln279Arg (rs17576) and the AA genotype of the AGTR1 A1166C gene (rs5186), provided that the content of manganese in the blood is 2.0 or more times higher than the reference level, and also, when the level of IgE to manganese exceeds the upper limit of the physiological norm by at least 1.5 times, girls are diagnosed with a disorder of the autonomic nervous system associated with excessive contamination of biological media with manganese.
EFFECT: ensuring the reliability of the method.
