FIELD: engine building; devices for splattering or spraying liquids.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for distributed injection and direct injection of fuel into an internal combustion engine to reduce formation of solid particles in an internal combustion engine. Disclosed is a method for simultaneous operation of nozzles of distributed fuel injection and nozzles of direct fuel injection of an internal combustion engine. In one example, the moment of distributed fuel injection is corrected to reduce the formation of solid particles in said engine in order to reduce contamination of the particulate filter until the moment when it becomes possible to clean said filter of solid particles.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is provision of deferred treatment of particulate filter.
