where R1 is -B(OH)2, R2 denotes -NHCH3; and boron in R1 represents 10B nuclide with a large thermal neutron capture cross section, as well as to methods for its preparation and intermediates.
EFFECT: obtaining a novel compound which specifically binds beta-amyloid, as well as visualizes beta-amyloid in PET.
