FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to detection and rejection from scrap metal of objects (vessels, small containers, nozzles, fire extinguishers, small gas cylinders, pneumatic suspension of vehicles, etc.), filled with inflammable or explosive substances in solid, liquid or gaseous phases, and can be used in metal processing. Line for rejection hard / liquid / gas-filled objects from scrap metal comprises a loading conveyor, a dispenser, a sorting conveyor consisting of a receiving and separating units, a hopper, a dropper and a detection device. Sorting conveyor is equipped with reservoir filled with fluid, in which its receiving unit with installed above it electromagnet. Detection device is fixed on the tank in the scrap metal passage area under the electromagnet and is informatively connected to the identification device and dropper through the control unit. According to the second version, the receiving unit of the line is equipped with a weighing device informatively connected to the control unit. Electromagnetic radiation source and detector line are arranged on container opposite sides in scrap metal passage area under electromagnet. Detector line is informatively connected to identification device and dropper through control unit. Reservoir is made of stainless steel, plastic, polymer or composite material. Reservoir is equipped with cleaning plant. Cleaning agents are added to the liquid. Substances which increase liquid density are added to the liquid.

EFFECT: high efficiency of rejection of hard / liquid / gas-filled objects from scrap metal.
