Method of driving assistance for prediction of action of a moving object near the vehicle in question, to control the vehicle in question according to the predicted action of the moving object. Method comprises steps of detecting behavior of a moving object causing a dead zone area near the vehicle in question, predicting an action probability, which the moving object realizes, and comparing the behavior with the action probability so as to predict the action of the moving object. Prediction of probability of action, which moving object carries out, when noise, which can not be detected by vehicle in question, is present in area of dead zone, according to road structure near vehicle in question.

EFFECT: higher safety of vehicle driving is achieved.
