FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used for rapid measurement of the carrier frequency of continuous and pulsed microwave signals in a wide frequency range. Broadband frequency meter of microwave signals consists of first, second and third delay lines, first, second and third phase detectors and a decision device. Additionally, a frequency splitter, a first, a second and a third limiter amplifier, a first, a second and a third band-pass filter, first, second and third power dividers are introduced.
EFFECT: reduction of overall dimensions and weight with preservation of frequency measurement accuracy owing to use of parasitic harmonics of radar stations and replacement of long delay lines by short ones.
