SUBSTANCE: apparatus for facilitating movement comprises a supporting element equipped with a hand grip tool. An adjustable spring exercise apparatus for development of muscles of the forearm and hand is fixed on the hand grip tool, made in the form of a rod installed along the hand grip tool, made at the distal end whereof are longitudinal and transverse braces. A lever with a hollow transverse protrusion, located along the hand grip tool, is hingedly fixed on the latter. A mechanism for adjusting the tension of the load spring installed between the free end of the longitudinal brace and the mechanism for adjusting the tension of the load spring is installed in the cavity of the protrusion. The lever is configured to move towards the hand gripping tool on the impact from the hand of the user and return to the original position under the impact of the load spring. The rod of the adjustable spring exercise apparatus for development of the forearm muscles is fixed by screws in the groove made in the hand grip tool.

EFFECT: provides an expansion in the functional capabilities, in addition to facilitating movement, as well as a possibility of implementation of additional functions of the exercise apparatus for development of the muscles of the forearm and hand.
