SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to create layers providing electron transfer. Essence of the invention is that a non-aqueous composition for forming nanoparticles based on doped TiO2 contains: a polar solvent containing an organic compound, in chemical structure of which there is one or more oxygen atoms, titanium halogenide (IV) and alloying agent precursor selected from halides of transition metals and lanthanide halides.
EFFECT: possibility of reducing the rate of formation of nanoparticles of doped titanium oxide and increasing control over chemical reactions, which enables to achieve higher accuracy of reproduction of required size of nanoparticles of doped titanium oxide.
