SUBSTANCE: driving method is provided, comprising: obtaining a vehicle destination point, accessing a first map, which includes lane identification information, and a second map which does not include lane identification information, calculating the intended path from the current position of the vehicle to the destination, while moving on the first intended path included in the intended path and belonging to the first map, setting the first driving control, while during movement on the second intended path included in the intended path and belonging to the second map, setting the second driving control with a lower level of autonomous driving than the level of autonomous driving for the first driving control, and creating a driving plan for driving the vehicle along the intended path with the content of the predetermined driving control. Also provided is driving control equipment based on the method.
EFFECT: technical result is performance of autonomous driving in region with low accuracy of cartographic information.
