FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, namely to isolation and cultivation of malignant tumour cells by centrifugation. Method involves collecting a tumour body sample in sterile test tubes with cooled to 0–4 °C nutrient medium with bacterial inhibiting component. Then, obtained material is mechanically ground to obtain particles with size not exceeding 100 micron, material preparation for centrifugation and centrifugation, which is carried out in two stages, where the first step is carried out for a time not exceeding 30 minutes, at a rate of not more than 650 rpm, with a minimum rate of acceleration and stoppage with subsequent extraction of the tumour substrate, second stage over time not exceeding 10 minutes, with speed not exceeding 1200 rpm with minimum acceleration and stopping speed. Method then includes incubating in a thermostat at temperature of 37 °C, in medium of 5 % CO2 and 95 % of air humidity.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce a cell culture with a long storage life.
