FIELD: foundry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry production and can be used in production of casts according to gasified models. Gasified model is made, metal is molded and poured. Gasified model is produced by three-dimensional printing using powder and binding liquid. Powder is used with the following composition (wt. %): dextrin (10–50), cellulose fiber (5–30), potato starch (5–25), sugar powder (5–30), water coagulant (0–1). Binding liquid has the following composition (wt. %): glycerine (0–20), humidifier (0–20), alcohol (less than 1), surfactant (0–1), acid salt (0–1), coloring agent (0–1), water (75–98). Content of powder and binder in volume of gasified model varies from 30 to 70 wt. %.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and stability of sizes of models, faster printing of models, low toxicity of materials and products released during production of models.
