FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used for prediction of complicated pregnancy course after transfer of vitrified embryos in IVF programs. Values of parameters of clotting tests of hemostasis plasma link evaluation are determined: aPTT, TT, and thrombo-elastography parameters: ANGLE, K. Then calculating prognostic index I by formula I=aPTT⋅K1+TT⋅K2+K⋅K3+ANGLE⋅K4+const, where: I is a prognostic index; aPTT – activated partial thromboplastin time characterizing efficiency of internal coagulation activation path, sec; TT – thrombin time characterizing conversion of fibrinogen into fibrin by thrombin, s; K is thrombo-elastogram parameter describing formation time of fixed clot, min; ANGLE – thrombo-elastogram parameter describing fibrin network growth rate, deg; K1, K2, K3, K4 – coefficients, K1=-0.22; K2=-0.57; K3=1.62; K4=0.1; 5.58 – const. If I≥-1.2, a high risk of a complicated course of pregnancy is predicted. If I<-1.2, a low risk of a complicated course of pregnancy is predicted.
EFFECT: method enables predicting a probability of a complicated course of pregnancy after transfer of vitrified embryos in IVF programs by determining value of plasma haemostasis parameters and thromboelastography parameters and calculating the prognostic index I, reflecting the total coagulopathic changes in the hemostasis system in this category of patients, which enables to select a high-risk group to form this pathology in order to plan and monitor therapeutic measures aimed at normalizing blood circulation in the mother-placenta-fetus system.
