FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for surface sterilization of soya beans in vitro, including obtaining beans, their sterilization with an agent, washing, isolation of explants, cultivation on nutrient medium and recording. A distinctive feature of the method is that the beans are sterilized in a solution of the “AHD-2000 express” agent for 1.5 minutes, followed by 2-fold washing with sterile distilled water, wherein the agent solution is repeatedly used up to seven times.
EFFECT: proposed invention allows to increase yield of sterile and viable soya explants, to accelerate selection process in selection, to minimize harmful effect of sterilizing agent, which simplifies method of surface sterilization of soya beans in vitro.
