SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture. Method for increasing content of flavonoids in buckwheat fruits includes sowing, treatment of plants, harvesting, wherein treatment of plants in crops is carried out in a phase of budding with water-alcohol extract in concentration of 100 mcg/ml, obtained from buckwheat plants with red staining and antioxidant activity of 99.3–99.4 %.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase content of flavonoids in buckwheat fruits due to use of cheap available vegetal raw material with simultaneous reduction of the preparation consumption.
