where R1 is phenyl, optionally substituted with 1–2 substitutes selected from a halogen atom, a lower alkoxy group, methyl, R2 is phenyl optionally substituted with 1–2 substitutes selected from a halogen atom, a lower alkoxy group, cyano group, R3 denotes phenyl optionally substituted with 1 substituent selected from a halogen atom, a lower alkoxy group or methyl. Invention also discloses a method for synthesis of a compound of formula 1, an active component which is a compound of formula 1, use of the compound, a pharmaceutical composition, a medicinal agent and a method for preventing and treating oncological diseases.

EFFECT: disclosed compounds have anti-tumour activity and can be used as active components for pharmaceutical compositions and medicinal agents for therapy of oncological diseases.
