FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention is a method for long-term non-hinge storage of raspberry plants, healers and juvenile-like hybrids in vitro, involving preliminary cultivation of plant micro-races on MS medium with addition of sucrose 25–30 g/l, agar-agar 9 g/l, vitamins MS 1 ml/l, AgNO3 1–5 mg/l, 6-Benzylaminopurine 0.5–0.8 mg/l, followed by incubation of plants for 2 weeks with intensive (approximately 5000 lux) long-day lighting mode (16 hours a day/8 hours a night) at temperature of +22 °C and transfer of plants into long-term storage conditions at +4 °C with low illumination intensity (approximately 2000 lux) and short-day mode (8 h day/16 h night).
EFFECT: invention allows to increase preservation of in vitro valuable varieties of raspberry, blackberry and raspberry-blackberry hybrids up to 70 % by means of continuous storage during a year at temperature +4 °C.
