FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns a method for isomerisation of a hydrocarbon feed stream containing at least one C4-C7 hydrocarbons, comprising: drying the hydrocarbon feed stream in a drying zone configured to remove water from the hydrocarbon feed stream and provide a stream of the dried hydrocarbon feedstock; absorption of chlorides from a gas stream using a stream of dried hydrocarbon feedstock in a vessel comprising an absorption section configured to provide a stream of hydrocarbon feedstock enriched with chlorides and vapor depleted of chlorides, wherein temperature of flow of dried hydrocarbon material at inlet of vessel is substantially equal to temperature of flow of dried hydrocarbon material in drying zone, wherein the absorption section receives 60 to 100 % (by volume) of the dried hydrocarbon feed stream; isomerisation of a stream of hydrocarbon raw material enriched with chlorides, in the presence of an isomerisation catalyst in the isomerisation reaction zone under isomerisation conditions to obtain a stream of the isomerised product; and stabilizing the isomerised product stream in the stabilization zone to provide a waste gas stream comprising a stabilizer containing chlorides and a liquid isomerisation stream, wherein at least a portion of the effluent stream of the stabilizer forms a gas stream.
EFFECT: technical result is efficient transportation of chlorine introduced into isomerisation process, and reduced consumption of chlorides.
