SUBSTANCE: described is a library essentially consisting of a plurality of antigen-binding molecules differing from each other by a sequence, where the antigen-binding domain in each of the antigen-binding molecules contains at least one amino acid residue, which changes the antigen-binding activity of the antigen-binding molecule depending on the ion concentration conditions. Also described is a composition comprising a plurality of polynucleotide molecules, each of which codes antigen-binding molecules, a composition comprising a plurality of vectors, each comprising polynucleotide molecules, a method of selecting antigen-binding molecules, a method of separating polynucleotide molecules, method of producing antigen-binding molecules, and a pharmaceutical composition containing any of antigen-binding molecules.
EFFECT: disclosed is a library of concentration-dependent binding molecules.
