MODIFICATION OF PULSE SEQUENCE PARAMETERS FOR MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC G01R33/54

Abstract RU 2734059 C2

FIELD: magnetic resonance imaging.

SUBSTANCE: essence of the invention consists in the fact that receiving a set of selected parameters of a pulse sequence containing a task of the investigated region of the subject, wherein set of selected parameters of pulse train comprises adjustable time characteristics and adjustable parameters for initial commands of pulse sequence, wherein the analyzed area is configured to stay within the visualization region; sending image data request to archived data base, wherein the image data request comprises the pulse sequence parameters, wherein the archive database comprises multiple image data inputs, wherein each image data input comprises a set of archive parameters of the pulse sequence, wherein the archive database is configured to search in the archive database to search for archival image data, comparing set of selected parameters of pulse train with set of archive parameters of pulse train; receiving archive image data from an archive data base in response to requesting image data; displaying at least a section of archive image data on a user interface; receiving input scanning modifications in response to displaying archive image data from a user interface; creation of modified commands of pulse train, using initial commands of pulse sequence, set of selected parameters of pulse sequence and input modifications of scanning; and controlling the magnetic resonance imaging system for collecting magnetic resonance data using modified pulse train commands.

EFFECT: reducing the need for physical control of a magnetic resonance imaging system for testing effects from a specific set of pulse train parameters.
