FIELD: rail vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to insulated rail joints. Magnetic shunt insulated joint, serving to remove magnetic flux from end clearance of rail stop is along body of magnetic shunt, comprises two metal plates with the possibility of attachment via standard metal straps joint fixation on both sides of joint in opposite direction. At that said plates have rectilinear section serving to fasten shunt to metal pad of insulated joint with bolt joint and curved section composed of circular arc to make magnetic flow formed in insulated joint. At that shunt is made so that during installation of arc of two opposite shunts formed in horizontal plane two separate parts of one circle, symmetrically located relative to longitudinal axis of rail, and diameter of this circle in transverse direction of rail was on axis of insulated joint clearance line.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the possibility of removing the magnetic flux from the end gap of the rail insulated joint gap along the body of the magnetic shunt.
