SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a model system for providing optimum conditions for the subsequent process of cell fusion through the effect of an external electric field with controlled pulse length and amplitude. This model may be applicable for biomedical and agrotechnological researches. For electrofusion of cells (of animals, plants, fungi and bacteria), a geometric model is constructed based on parameters of the cell for electrofusion and the cells themselves according to microscopy data.

EFFECT: high probability of electrofusion without parasitic electroporation.
