FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to means of communicating measurement information. To this end, a method is proposed, which can be implemented on a terminal device, which comprises obtaining measurement information based at least in part on configurations of a main network node and a secondary network node. Terminal device is connected to the main network unit and the secondary network unit. In response to a failure associated with the secondary network node, the method further comprises transmitting to a master network node a report containing measurement information which contains frequency information.
EFFECT: technical result is shorter time for terminal reconfiguration and recovery after failure related to secondary network node.
