FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an implantable medical device and, in particular, relates to a high-efficiency, reliably fixed and fatigue-resistant occluder of the left atrial appendage with repeated deployment, which enables occlusion of left atrial appendage and prevents thrombosis in left atrial appendage. Left occlusion ear occluder comprises a sealing element, a fastening element and a tubular element. Tubular element has first end and second end. First end of the tubular element is attached to the fastening element, and the second end of the tubular element is attached to the sealing element. Fastening element comprises support rods. Each support rod has a proximal end and a distal end. Proximal end of each support rod is connected to the first end of the tubular element, and the far end of the support rod comes out of the tubular element. In extended state of occluder support rods cross one another along cylindrical axis of tubular element. At that the support rods are located radially along the circumference of the tubular element. Each support rod forms an angle α with cylindrical axis of tubular element, wherein angle α makes 40–55°. First, each support rod exits tubular element, and then, after bending, passes in direction of tubular member so that parts of each support rod, passing in direction of tubular element, form periphery of fastener. According to the second embodiment, the occlusion of the left atrial appendage comprises only a fastening element and a tubular element. Fastening element is attached to the tubular element for fixation in the body cavity, and the proximal end of each support rod is connected to one end of the tubular element.

EFFECT: embodiments of the invention are aimed at providing an effective, reinstallable, reliably fixed and fatigue-resistant occluder of the left atrial appendage for left atrial appendage (LAA) occlusion and thrombotic flow blocking in left atrial appendage.
