FIELD: meteorology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of meteorology. Disclosed is method and device for creation of artificial clouds and sediments. Method includes initiating by means of jet engine and fogging guns upflows in atmosphere, where three types of coarsely dispersed hygroscopic aerosols are introduced into vertically directed reactive jet. Device comprises aircraft jet engine with jet stream turning device, fuel system, electric starting and control system, spray system for aerosol spraying of the first type, as well as two fog-forming guns for spraying of second and third type aerosols.

EFFECT: inventions provide higher efficiency of creation of convective clouds and precipitation in cloudless situation, as well as reduced requirements to capacity of jet installation and fuel consumption.
