FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a medical device for monitoring concentration of an analyte in a physiological fluid and a method of making such a medical device. Device includes first part, electric contact, second part. First part of the device contains a connecting device. Connecting device contains the first conducting layer, an insulating layer, the second conducting layer separated from the first conducting layer by an insulating layer. Electric contact comprises electric contact material connected to second conductive layer, is accessible for contacting on one side of connecting device, opposite to second conducting layer, and is made without interlayer microtransitions. Second part of device comprises electric connector, made with possibility of its interface with first part, establishing electrical connection between electrical connector of second part and first conducting layer and establishing electrical connection between electric connector and second conductive layer by means of electric contact. Electric device is provided with first part and electric contact. Electric contact is electrically connected to the second conducting layer. Second part is provided and mated with the first part. Electric connection is established between the electric connector of the second part and the first conducting layer. Electrical connection establishes electrical connection between electric connector and second conductive layer.

EFFECT: providing a sensor medical device for continuous monitoring of analytes in physiological fluid and a method which enables to manufacture such a device economically and reliably.
