SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to reproductive medicine, and aims at treating female infertility. There are provided versions of using a follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) containing pharmaceutical composition for treating infertility in a patient, having an anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) serum level of less than 15 pmol/l, as well as not less than 15 pmol/l or not less than 35 pmol/l. Pharmaceutical composition is intended for administration in a dose equal to or equivalent to a certain dose of recombinant human FSH in a day, wherein said recombinant FSH comprises α2,3- and α2,6-sialylation, where from 1 to 50 % of total sialylation is α2,6-sialylation and from 50 to 99 % of total sialylation is α2,3-sialylation.

EFFECT: use of the group of the invention enables higher clinical effectiveness in infertility in the patient.
