SUBSTANCE: method of controlling line (1) for production and packaging of goods (R) from sanitary-hygienic paper containing: control system (20); at least one accumulating log (L) device (7); upstream of logging device (7) first section (3) of line, which comprises at least one unwinding device (9A, 9B) and one rewinding device (13); downstream of logging device (7) second section (5) of line, which comprises at least one processing station (17A, 17B; 21A, 21B, 23A, 23B; 24A, 24B); said method includes the following steps: unwinding roll (B) is unwound by unwinder (9A, 9B) and feeding the sanitary paper (N) layer to rewinding device (13); wrapping the sanitary-hygienic paper layer in rewinding device (13) and sequentially form sanitary hygienic paper logs (D); storing logs (L), made with the help of rewinding device (13), in accumulating log device (7); determining at least one request for temporary stop or temporary deceleration, supplied from first section (3) or from second section (5); before implementing the requested temporary stop or temporary deceleration, temporarily changing the capacity of at least one line machine in order to minimize the effect of subsequent temporary stop or time deceleration on line efficiency, wherein time variation of performance changes level of filling of accumulating log of device (7); after temporary change of capacity of said at least one machine, the line performs the requested temporary stop or temporary deceleration. Line (1) for production and packing of goods from sanitary-hygienic paper, containing: at least one accumulating log (L) device (7); upstream of logging device (L) of device (7) first section (3) which comprises at least one unwinding device (9A, 9B) and one reeling device (13); downstream relative to accumulation log (L) of device (7) second section (5), which comprises at least one processing station (17A, 17B, 21A, 21B, 23A, 23B, 24A, 24B); control system (20), which is made and arranged with the possibility of implementing the method described above. A data medium comprising a program which implements the above method.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to optimize the operation of the line of machines by predicting events, as well as to adapt the operation of the line to material loading.
