FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely oncology, and can be used for pre-operative diagnosis of synchronous lymphatic metastasis in non-small-cell lung cancer patients (NSCLC). Method involves detecting leukocyte and thrombocyte levels in peripheral blood, fibrinogen concentration, C-reactive protein and cortisol. Probability of lymphatic metastasis is calculated from the value of the regression equation. At probability P ≥ 50 % define a high risk of having lymphogenic metastases, while a probability of P < 50 % shows a low risk of having lymphogenic metastases.
EFFECT: using the invention enables providing more accurate and informative diagnostics of the preoperative assessment of synchronous lymphatic metastases of NSCLC for selecting the most optimal therapeutic approach.
