SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely to oncology. The way of forecasting of degree of a lymphogenous innidiation at infiltrating ductal mammary gland cancer is based on structure research of an infiltrating component of infiltrating ductal cancer (IDC) of a mammary gland. For realisation of a way in - a group of patients with a menopause without preoperative treatment general number of different types of structures: trabecular, tubular, solid, microalveolar, discrete groups of cells, representation of microalveolar structures in an infiltrative component, and also presence of trabecular structures is defined as independent signs. For realisation of a way in group of patients with the kept menstrual function without preoperative treatment as independent signs presence of microalveolar structures and discrete groups of cells in an infiltrative component is used. On the basis of the received data value of the equation of regress Y is calculated and probability of development of a lymphogenous R innidiation is determined.

EFFECT: rising of accuracy and informativeness at forecasting of degree of probability of a lymphogenous innidiation at infiltrating duct mammary gland cancer.
