SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula (I), in which R is -CH(R1)-COOH, R 1 is H; n is 1; R2 is selected from a group consisting of: C1-C5 alkyl substituted with one or more C3-C8 hydroxyalkoxy groups; a group of formula -(CH2)sCH(R3)-G; and C5-C12 hydroxyalkyl containing at least 2 hydroxyl groups; s is 0; R 3 is H; G is a group selected from -PO(OR4)2 and -COOH; R4 independently represent H; L is C1-C6 alkylene, optionally interrupted by one or more groups -N(R'2)-, R'2 independently represents what is defined for R2. Invention also relates to a chelated complex, to a pharmaceutical composition for diagnostic imaging of an organ or tissue of a human or animal body using an MRI method, to a compound of formula (I), wherein each of carboxyl groups of R groups bonded with nitrogen atoms of macrocycles is in protected form in form of tert-butyl ether.
EFFECT: there are prepared new compounds of formula (I), which are used as contrast agents possessing increased relactivity.
