FIELD: medicine; veterinary.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary medicine, namely to veterinary endoscopic surgery of small domestic animals. Laparotomy is performed at the middle distance from an umbilicus to a pubic bone. In upper part of urinary bladder, cystocentesis is performed by endoscopic trocar with diameter 3 mm. Bladder is irrigated, filled, and the pressure in it is maintained with an isotonic solution of sodium chloride. Urinary bladder is examined with endoscope 2.7 mm with a viewing angle of 30°.
EFFECT: method improves diagnostic accuracy, reduces time of examination and performing surgical procedures, reduces traumatism and reduces length of rehabilitation in bladder operations in small domestic animals.
