FIELD: radio equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to radio engineering. To this end, operational amplifier with "floating" input differential cascade on complementary field-effect transistors with control p-n junction is proposed, in which, unlike prototype between combined sources of first (5) and second (6) input field transistors and the combined sources of third (7) and fourth (8) input field-effect transistors have an element for stabilizing static mode (9) of the input field-effect transistors based on first (18) additional field-effect transistor and first (19) additional resistor, wherein drain of first (18) additional field-effect transistor is connected to combined sources of first (5) and second (6) input field-effect transistors, gate of first (18) additional field-effect transistor is connected to combined sources of third (7) and fourth (8) input field-effect transistors, as well as other elements and connections are proposed.
EFFECT: development of radiation-resistant and low-temperature JFet operational amplifier.
