SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication and can be used in a 5G communication system. The wireless communication method comprises carrying out (210) measuring by a terminal device on at least one unit of a synchronization signal from a plurality of synchronization signal blocks transmitted in the first cell; and determining (220) by a terminal device the quality of a signal corresponding to the first cell, according to the result of the measurement comprises carrying out an average processing on the basis of the measurement of the plurality of the measured units of the synchronization signal to determine the quality of the signal corresponding to the first cell if the measured block of the synchronization signal contains multiple blocks of the synchronization signal.
EFFECT: invention can be effectively used in a 5G communication system.
