SUBSTANCE: ribonucleic acid is extracted from yeast biomass, biomass is separated and extract is treated with proteolytic enzyme followed by pH value decrease to 3.8-4.2 and extract is heated to 80-100 C. Then impurities were removed from extract and the end product is precipitated as calcium salt with calcium chloride, washed and precipitated with mineral acid.
