SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The dry mixed composition for producing a tablet preparat for post-harvesting processing of fruits, fruit, berries, vegetables and green before placing it for storage or before transporting it in refrigerator trucks comprises a powdered preparat containing 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP), methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium chloride or natrium or potassium or lithium or magnesium, or any mixture thereof, lactose or sorbitis, or any mixture thereof, cyclodextrin and carbonate or bicarbonate of lithium, natrium, potassium, calcium or magnesium or any mixtures thereof (carbonates) which are treated with higher fatty acids or with their lithium, natrium, calcium or potassium salts or any mixtures thereof (fatty additive) at a mass ratio (powdered preparat 1-MCP):(methylcellulose):(lactose or sorbitis or any mixture thereof):(calcium chloride or natrium or potassium or lithium or magnesium or any mixture thereof):(microcrystalline cellulose):(cyclodextrin):(carbonates):(fatty additive) which equals to 1,000:0.1-10.0:20-2000:200-2000:30-3000:100-5000:1000-20000:20-2000. The invention relates to a method for producing the above-mentioned dry mixed composition. A powder preparat containing 1-MCP is mixed with methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium chloride or natrium or potassium or lithium or magnesium or any mixture thereof, lactose or sorbitis or any mixture thereof, cyclodextrin, carbonate or bicarbonate of lithium, natrium, potassium, calcium or magnesium or any mixtures thereof (carbonates), which are pre-treated before mixing all the components with a fatty additive selected from the group: paraffins, higher fatty carboxylic acids or their lithium, natrium, calcium or potassium salts or any mixtures of said substances, at the above-mentioned mass ratio. The process of the preliminary introduction of the fatty additive into the carbonate composition is carried out prior to the mixing of all components of the composition by the contact of aqueous or organic solutions or the suspensions of the fatty additive with carbonates during intensive and continuous mixing with simultaneous solvent distillation at the temperature of 30-100°C at normal or low pressure for 0.5-5 hours to a dry state. The invention relates to a liquid composition for post-harvesting processing of fruits, fruit, berries, vegetables and green before placing it for storage or before transporting it in refrigerator trucks for activation of a tablet preparat obtained by dry pressing of the above-mentioned dry mixed composition. As an activating agent the aqueous solution of 1-30 wt.% of citric, formic, acetic or tartaric acid or any mixtures thereof is used and the solution additionally comprises an ionogenic or non-inogenic surfactant or any mixtures thereof at a mass ratio (acid):(surfactant) of 1:0.01-10.
