FIELD: self-cleaning materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to self-cleaning materials with properties of chemical and biological protection and can be used in the manufacture of means of environmental protection of environmental objects, highly effective means of individual and collective protection, in the manufacture of protective clothing and protective masks. A self-cleaning material with chemical and biological protective properties from the effects of toxic organophosphorus compounds and mycotoxins, as well as from contamination by bacteria, yeast, archaea and spores of filamentous fungi, is a fabric or non-woven base modified with a mixture of nanoparticles of a non-covalent complex of the enzyme hexahistidine-containing organophosphate hydrolase with bacitracin, obtained by mass ratios of substances (dry weight) 1:0.5-1:1, and tantalum oxide nanoparticles at the following ratio of nanoparticles in the mixture (dry weight): enzyme nanoparticles with bacitracin (by protein): tantalum oxide nanoparticles - 1 :15-1:20. In this case, the resulting mixture, after being suspended in a buffer solution with a pH of 7.5-10.5, is applied to a fabric or non-woven base in accordance with its moisture capacity and dried to a residual moisture content of 8-10%.
EFFECT: resulting material has improved protective chemical and biological properties, since it allows detoxifying both FOS and mycotoxins, has a universal composition designed to exhibit antimicrobial activity in relation to a significantly expanded range of microbiological objects. The material prevents contact damage by chemical and biological contaminants of the human body, and when they enter the material, detoxification of such contaminants and self-purification of the material occur.
