SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In formula (I), R1 is C1-6alkyl; each of R2 and R3 independently represents hydrogen, -CF3 or C1-6alkyl; or R2 and R3 together with the carbon atom to which they are attached, form C3-6carbocyclyl; R6 is absent or is hydrogen; each of R7 and R8 independently represents hydrogen; n is equal to 1, 2 or 3; and is a simple or double bond, where when one is a double bond, the other is a simple bond; and when one of is a double bond, R6 is absent. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition and to a method for positive allosteric modification of the NMDA receptor.
EFFECT: obtaining novel compounds of formula (I), which have a positive allosteric modification of the NMDA receptor and can be used in treating NMDA-mediated disorders.
