SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of the formula (I-B) or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, in which R1 is hydrogen or C1-6alkyl; R5 is absent or is hydrogen; Z is -C(RA)2-, -NRB- or -O-; RA is hydrogen, halogen or C1-6alkyl; RB is hydrogen, C1-6alkyl or -C(O)RC; RC is C1-6alkyl; m is an integer selected from 1, 2 and 3; n is an integer selected from 1 and 2; and is a single or double bond, wherein if one is a double bond, then the other is a single bond, and R5 is absent. The invention also relates to individual compounds, to pharmaceutically acceptable salts of individual compounds, to pharmaceutical compositions, to a method for positive allosteric modulation of the NMDA receptor.
EFFECT: new compounds of the formula (I-B) with the property of positive allosteric modulation of the NMDA receptor are obtained.
