FIELD: railway indystry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway automation and telemechanics, for measuring the transition resistance between each wheelset and rails. Device uses a rail line, has a power supply unit, a reference resistance, additionally includes a choke-transformer, a measurement and calculation unit, a wheel pair number determination unit, a report generation unit, a memory unit, a comparison unit, an indication unit; while the main winding of the choke-transformer is connected to the rail line, and the additional winding is connected to the first pair of outputs of the measurement and calculation unit; reference resistance is connected by its terminals with another pair of outputs of the measurement and calculation unit, as well as with a pair of outputs of the wheelset number determination unit; the first output of the measurement and calculation unit is connected to the input of the comparison unit, the second output of the measurement and calculation unit is connected to the first input of the report generation unit; the output of the comparison unit is connected to the second input of the report generation unit, the output of the wheelset number determination unit is connected to the third input of the report generation unit; first output of the report generation unit is connected to the input of the indication unit, the second output of the report generation unit is connected to the input of the memory unit.
EFFECT: increases accuracy in determining the causes of increased resistance of the train shunt both for individual units of railway rolling stock and for the train as a whole.
