FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular to the study of the mouse genome, which contains in the mouse locus TNFR2 gene containing human exons 2 to 6, encoding the extracellular part of human TNFR2 binding to human TNF, with the possibility of conditionally blocking the activity of the TNFR2 gene in cells expressing cre-recombinase. A method for studying the activity of therapeutic agents that bind to human TNF, including introduction of such agents to the above-mentioned mouse, is also disclosed. The invention also relates to a method for studying the activity of therapeutic agents of agonists and antagonists binding to human TNFR2, including introduction of such agents to the above mouse.
EFFECT: invention is effective in the study of the properties of drugs used in treatment of autoimmune diseases.
