SUBSTANCE: method comprises receiving a DRX indication signal sent by a network apparatus by the terminal apparatus, wherein the DRX indication signal comprises a first sequence corresponding with the terminal apparatus intended to transmit an active or sleep mode activation command to the terminal apparatus during an operating period in a DRX cycle after the first sequence, wherein the terminal apparatus belongs to an apparatus group in M apparatus groups, the first sequence corresponds with the apparatus group whereto the terminal apparatus belongs, wherein each apparatus group in the M apparatus groups corresponds with the corresponding first sequence, and M is a positive integer; the terminal apparatus transitioning to the active or sleep mode during the operating period in the DRX cycle after the first sequence according to the first sequence, wherein the first sequence corresponding with the terminal apparatus is determined according to the apparatus group whereto the terminal apparatus belongs and to the physical cell identifier wherein the terminal apparatus is located.
