FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to plain bearings, and can be used in the nodes of mechanisms and machines to provide rotary motion. The sliding bearing contains an inner and outer sleeve, a device for moving the inner sleeve, a signal collection, processing and control unit, which is connected by direct and feedback to temperature, displacement and pressure sensors. The inner surface of the inner sleeve is tapered. In the outer sleeve, channels are made for supplying hydraulic fluid to the cavity of the device for moving the inner sleeve, made in the form of an elastic corrugated element, which is a hollow metal or rubber-metal shell with the possibility of expanding it along the bearing axis under hydraulic action, wherein this element is connected on one side with the end surface of the inner sleeve, and on the other - with the end surface of the outer sleeve, the channels of which are through the pressure line, including hydraulic hoses, a filter, a pumping station, a servo valve, a flow meter, a distributor, and through a drain line, connected to the distributor, connected to a tank for hydraulic fluid, the bearing is equipped with a measuring unit, which includes a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor, two displacement sensors installed at an angle of 90 degrees to each other, and an axial displacement sensor. All sensors, pumping station, servo valve, flow meter and distributor are connected by direct and feedback with an electronic unit for collecting, processing and controlling signals.
EFFECT: invention increases service life of tapered plain bearing.
