SUBSTANCE: The zones located on the outer side, in the radial direction of the tire, of the areas of the maximum tire thickness of the outer surfaces of the sections 2 of the sidewall of the pneumatic tire, are fitted with markings 10, each of which is formed as a sequence of protruding sections 11, each of which protrudes from the outer surface of the corresponding section 2 of the sidewall by 0.8 mm or more and depicts an alphanumeric sign, pattern or symbol, with the number of markings 10 being N, the angle θ between one end and the other end of each of the markings 10 in the direction of the circumference of the tire around the tire axis is greater than or equal to 30°С and less than or equal to 150°С, the markings 10 are located on each of the sections 2 of the sidewall at an interval of (360°С/N) ± 20°С, and the markings 10 on one of the sections 2 of the sidewall on one side and the markings 10 on the other of the sections 2 of the sidewall are offset relative to each other in the direction of the tire circumference, while the angle of displacement, around the tire axis, between the markings is in the range (180°С/N) ± 20°С.
EFFECT: as a result, the deterioration of uniformity, as well as vibration during movement associated with the marking formed by the protruding sections jutting from the outer surface of the sidewall section, is reduced.
