SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to a method for determining the degree of staining of endothelial cells. The method includes determining the physical parameters, wherein the voltage coming from a solar battery when the battery is located above the image area on the screen outside of the cell field, and the voltage coming from the solar battery when the battery is located above the image area on the screen within the cell cytoplasm, are defined as said parameters. The coefficient of the degree of staining of endothelial cells is calculated by the formula: Co = (1-C/O)×100%, wherein Co is the coefficient of the degree of staining of endothelial cells, %; C is the voltage coming from the solar battery when the battery is located above the image area on the screen within the the cell cytoplasm, volt; O is the voltage coming from the solar battery when the battery is located above the image area on the screen outside of the cell field, volt. At a value of 0≤Co<20.86%, hypochromic staining of the endotheliocyte is inferred, at values of 20.86%≤Co≤38.8%, normochromic staining is inferred, and at 38.8%<Co≤100%, hyperchromic staining is inferred.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of determining the degree of staining of endothelial cells is achieved.
