FIELD: ophthalmology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. The device for determining the projection of the fundus neoplasm on the sclera includes a working part, a fixing hook, a piston mechanism and a retractable element made with the possibility of manual actuation using a piston mechanism. The working part is a diaphanoscope, smoothly curved in the shape of the eyeball, ending with a light source and a fixing hook. A hollow tube repeating its shape is attached to the outside of the diaphanoscope, inside of which a sliding element made of spongy material impregnated with gentian violet dye is installed with the possibility of reciprocating movement.

EFFECT: provided are ability to accurately determine the projection of the fundus neoplasm on the sclera with the subsequent placement of the ophthalmic applicator, reducing the time of surgery due to the simultaneous execution of several stages (determining the projection of the neoplasm on the sclera and marking it), reducing the risk of post-radiation complications.
