SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and pertains to a method for determining the locus during the biopsy of a neoplasm of the oral mucosa, wherein, after performing local anesthesia using a fluorescent lamp and spectacles with a green filter, the darkest locus of light quenching of the neoplasm of the oral mucosa is determined in the rays of the lamp, then the border of the dark locus of light quenching is marked with a medical dye, a biopsy of the dark locus of light quenching is then performed at a step of 2 mm from the border of the marking, followed by monitoring using a fluorescent lamp and spectacles with a green filter.
EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in the duration of biopsy, precise positioning of the edges of the dark locus of light quenching, reduction in the multiplicity and necessity of repeated biopsies, increased convenience of biopsy sampling.
