FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology, and can be used to localize drusen of the optic nerve disc. Optical coherence tomography-angiography is performed on a CIRRUS HD-OCT 5000 device using the Angiography software. The optic nerve disc area is allocated, the peripapillary zone in the form of a circle with a diameter of 6×6 mm. The tomographic scans are analyzed. At the same time, if, when analyzing tomographic scans, the optic nerve disc drusen are detected above the projection line of the Bruch membrane, then the drusen of surface localization is diagnosed. If the optic nerve disc drusen is determined below the Bruch membrane projection line, then the optic disc drusen of deep localization is diagnosed. If drusen are detected above and below the projection line of the Bruch's membrane, then optic nerve disc drusen of combined localization are diagnosed.

EFFECT: invention provides the definition of the localization of the optic nerve disc drusen due to the localization of the druses relative to the projection line of the Bruch's membrane.
