SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of means of illumination of underwater technical operation sites, in particular, to underwater lighting apparatuses. The autonomous deep-water lighting apparatus is comprised of a flotation unit, batteries, an anchor and an LED lamp enclosed in a sealed body. The body of the lighting apparatus is placed in the flotation unit. The anchor is connected with the body of the lighting apparatus by a short cable, and a lithium-ion battery is hermetically placed inside the body. The antenna of the hydroacoustic starter is fixed in the upper part of the flotation unit equipped with a transporting eye ring, tuned to the code frequency of the hydroacoustic station of the underwater vehicle. The starter is included in the electrical circuit with the battery and the lamp.

EFFECT: increased safety of the apparatus and ensured access of the apparatus to an object at great depths are achieved.
