FIELD: formation of nanostructured coatings.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for the formation of nanostructured coatings and can be used to create sensors, electronic devices, catalysts. The technical problem of the claimed invention is to develop an effective method for transferring nanocrystals to a substrate without losses and contamination. The effect is achieved by the fact that in the method for transferring whisker nanocrystals from the original substrate to the target substrate using a liquid drop, the surface of the original substrate is pre-cooled below the freezing point of the liquid, after which a drop of liquid is applied, the frozen drop is transferred to the target substrate and heated until the liquid has completely evaporated. The target substrate can be made of a dielectric material and provided with conductive contacts. For effective localization of the transfer region, a mask of a non-liquid-wettable material is applied to the target substrate.
EFFECT: increased mass transfer coefficient (reduction of losses) of nanoobjects during their transfer to a contact system and decreased degree of their pollution.
